This could be a chase call to the debtor, a reminder email, a follow-up after a broken payment promise, or handling a debtor response that requires action. Each time we take an action, one credit is used. You can see exactly how each credit was spent in your dashboard.
No. Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain on your account until you use them. There is no monthly subscription or recurring charge.
If our chasing efforts do not result in payment, we will advise you on potential next steps. This may include signposting you towards the Money Claims Online (MCOL) service, mediation, or instructing a solicitor. We provide pre-legal support only and do not take legal action on your behalf.
No. Credit Control Support is an outsourced credit control service. We act as an extension of your business, chasing payment on your behalf using professional, firm but fair communication. We do not purchase debts, operate under a consumer credit licence for debt collection, or take legal action.
Your client dashboard provides a full activity timeline for every case. Each call, email, and action is logged with the date, time, who was spoken to, and the outcome. You receive email notifications when your case is updated.
You will need your own business details (creditor), the debtor's details (name, business name, contact information), the invoice or statement of account, the amount owed, and the due date. The more detail you provide, the more effectively we can chase.
Yes. You can submit as many cases as you need. Each case is tracked independently in your dashboard with its own activity timeline and status.
Once your case is submitted and you have credits on your account, our team will review the case and typically begin chasing within one to two working days.
No. We provide pre-legal credit control support only. We do not offer legal advice, and nothing we do should be considered legal guidance. Where legal steps may be appropriate, we will signpost you to suitable professional services.
Credit packs are purchased through secure Stripe checkout. We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely.
